School organised programme to mark World AIDS day on 01.12.11. A skit demonstrating effects and prevention of AIDS was done by students of this Vidyalaya.

 

CELEBRATION OF GRAND PARENT’S DAY AT K.V. AJNI

 It was a day full of fun, frolic and entertainment for the grandparent’s of Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni. The event was Grand Parents Day celebration that was organized. The grandpas and grandmas turned up in large number. The day was started in the name of good Lord.

Mrs. Sunita Rai Hon’ble Principal along with grandparents lighted the traditional lamp. Kendriya Vidyalaya was gripped with joyous atmosphere. The tiny tots made the day special day for their grandparents by lining up with a lot of fun filled activities for them. They put up a grand show by presenting song, skit and performing dance to the tune of popular number that left the grandparents spell bound. The highlight of the event that the grandparents thoroughly enjoyed was the musical chair and passing the parcel, irrespective of the age they even danced. The programme was a grand success.

KV AJNI CELEBRATES CHILREN’S DAY

To Commemorate the birth anniversary of Chacha Nehru  K.V.Ajni celebrated Children’s day with great zeal and enthusiasm. The Principal Smt.Sunita Rai garlanded the portrait of  Pt. Jawharlal Nehru which was followed by small cultural programme. Beautiful dances and melodious song were presented by the tiny lots. The day reminds to each and everyone of  us to renew our commitment to the welfare of children and realize Chacha Nehru’s dream. The Principal of the Vidyalaya blessed the children for their bright future.

NATIONAL ADOLESCENCE PROGRAMME

 Parents  attended  National Adolescence  programme on 31 Sept 2011

in the New Campus of Vidyalaya primises.

The program was addressed by the Hon. Principal  Mrs.Sunita Rai and

TGT (Sci) Dr.Kanaklata. Parents attended the program and commented,

“This is the unique programme found in KV which has improved the knowledge of parents and erased many superstition”

A REPORT ON CELEBRATION OF TEACHERS' DAY

Teachers' Day was celebrated with great pomp and show in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ajni, Nagpur. The day began with the conduct of Morning Assembly by the teachers. The Principal along with the Student Principal garlanded the portrait of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan and readout the message of the President of India in English and Hindi .

The Student Principal delivered a speech highlighting the significance of the day. The student teachers of class XII playing the role of different teachers were introduced in the Morning Assembly.

The Student teachers honoured the Principal and teachers by presenting them flowers and greetings.

The teaching was imparted by class XII students from 1st to 5th period. Their classes were observed by a team of teachers appointed for the purpose.

The programme for second part of the day was equally interesting. The students of class XII planned systematically for it. A cultural programme was presented by them and some games were conducted for the teachers. The students were blessed and enlightened by the principal and teachers. The teachers who won the game were given away the prizes by the student principal. The student teachers who were adjudged the best teachers in each category i.e. PRT, Miscellaneous, TGT and PGT were honoured on the occasion by the Principal by giving away the prizes. A vote of thanks was proposed by the student Principal. In this way, programme came to an end.

ANNUAL SPORTS DAY 2011-12

 Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni celebrated sports day with pomp and show. Mrs. Sunita Rai, Principal of the Vidyalaya graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The School Sports Captain extended hearty welcome to the Chief Guest by presenting bouquet. Thereafter, she unfurled the school flag. Oath taking was administered to all the participants by the school sports Captain for maintaining the sportsman ship sprit throughout the game. Hon’ble Chief Guest addressed the students and exhorted all the participants to uphold the true spirit of the game and attach the same importance as to academic. She declared the Annual Sports Meet 2011 open. After the Chief Guest’s declaration, 100 Mtr race for the boys and girls of class XI and XII was the first most excited event. Several other events such as sack race, three leg race for class IX , eat and run for class I, write and run for class II, book balance for class IV were the main events of the day. Races for staff were also organized.

Ring drill demonstration and lezium drill demonstration mesmerized all. Combined drill demonstration aerobics was also exhibited which enthralled everyone present there.

The most awaited event among the participants was the prize distribution. The Chief Guest gave away the prizes for I, II and  III position holders and boosted their moral. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. A Kumar, the senior post teacher of the Vidyalaya. Mr. Dinesh Chapane, PET of the Vidyalaya worked hard for overall success of the programmes.

 

Independence Day Celebration at KV Ajni

 

65th Independence Day was celebrated in KV Ajni with enthusiasm, zeal and patriotic fervour. The Chief Guest Mr. Uday Borwankar, ADRM Central Railway and Chairman Nominee VMC, hoisted the National Flag. Along with the Chief Guest, Mr. Kunj Bihari Agrawal founder of Uddhar Sanstha, Mrs. Kumkum Agrawal, President, Uddhar Sanstha and EO Jabalpur region were prominently present on the occasion. Mrs. Sunita Rai, the principal of the Vidyalaya extended hearty welcome to the Chief Guest, other distinguished guests and parents on this auspicious occasion. In her address, Principal highlighted the significance of the day and exhorted the students to work selflessly for making our country self-reliant, free of terrorism and equal opportunities for all.

A scintillating cultural programme was presented by the students of the Vidyalaya. Group song, Hindi skit and group dances by all the four houses were the main features of the programme appreciated by one and all present there.

The Chief  Guest gave an inspiring speech and motivated the children for their outstanding performance. He exhorted them to study hard and excel in the fields they choose and give their best and be the useful and proud citizen of India. On this auspicious occasion, Mr. Kunj Bihari Agrawal alongwith Mrs. Kumkum Agrawal, founder and president of Uddhar Sanstha respectively and Nominee Chairman VMC gave away gold medals to Miss Ashwani Sharnagat and Master Joel O. B. for securing 1st and 2nd position respectively in Class XII Board examination for the session 2010-11.

The Programme was compered by the students of Class XI and Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. A. Kumar, PGT (Chem.). The Music Teacher Mrs. Tambey worked very hard for success of the programme.

REGIONAL SPORTS AT KV AJNI

Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni is privileged to host the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Regional Level Kho-Kho meet for the Girls. Twenty-one teams from different Kendriya Vidyalayas are participating in the event. The inaugural ceremony was held on 09.08.2011 at 10 am in the Vidyalaya. Mr Uday Borwankar, ADRM, Central Rly and Chairman Nominee was the Chief Guest on the occasion. He was accorded warm welcome by Mrs Sunita Rai, Principal,  KV Ajni. The ceremony began with the jumble March past of all the teams leading to the assembling of all participants. Thereafter March past was presented by all the participants of different KVs of Bhopal Region. Cultural programme was also presented by the children of KV Ajni to mark the ceremony. Immediately after oath taking ceremony the flag was hoisted by the Chief guest. In his inaugural address he exhorted all the participants to take part enthusiastically following sportsmanship spirit and wished for all success. He declared the Regional Level games open.

WELCOME  OF CLASS I STUDENTS

 On 6-4-11 the blooming birds of standard I were welcomed in the presence of our honourable chief guest, officiating Principal Krishna Sir. He paid his floral tribute to goddess of knowledge and wisdom, Maa Saraswati. Our H.M.  Mrs. Indu Narnawre gave  welcome speech.

                   Tinytots of primary section sang a welcome song. One of our little fairy of class II sang a melodious song “ Aasmaan se aai hoon“. She was praised by everyone. Next was action song by class III students to back that hard work only gives success. After this a small cultural programme, the students of std. I were given gifts as token of love by honourable chief guest. He also blessed the tinytots by his lovely speech.

                   Lastly our senior teacher Mrs. Mishra gave her impressive vote of thanks. The programme was arranged by primary teacher Mrs. A.S. Kulkarni and Mrs Bharati under the supervision of our officiating Principal Krishna Sir.

CELEBRATION OF KVS FOUNDATION DAY AT K.V. AJNI

Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni celebrated the foundation day of KVS by great zeal and zest. On this occassion various cultural programme were organised like group dances, solo dances, skit and orchestra by students of this vidyalaya . Students participated with great enthusiasm.Principal, KV Ajni, addressed students.

 

 

                INAUGURATION OF NEW BUILDING OF KV AJNI

 Inauguration of the Newly constructed building of Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni  was held on  1st July 2010 by Shri Avinash Dikshit (I.D.A.S.), Hon’ble Commissioner K.V.S. New Delhi in the august presence of Shri Devendra Kumar Sharma (IRSEE), Hon’ble Chairman, V.M.C. & D.R.M. Central Railway Nagpur.

On this auspicious occasion Ms. H.K.Sanhotra Asstt. Commissioner K.V.S. Bhopal Region and Shri Prakash Madan E.O. were present accorded by Principal V.Narula gave a floral welcome.

Central Railway, Shri R.B. Singh Chief Engineer C.P.W.D. and  V.M.C. Members of the Vidyalaya. Mrs.Veneeta Narula, Principal K.V.Ajni & Principals of neighbouring Vidyalayas and other dignitaries were present.

 In the evening a grant cultural program was organized at Scientific Hall in the Honour of Hon Commissioner K.V.S.(HQ) New Delhi by the students of all the KV’s of Nagpur followed by the open session for the teachers.

In his speech Shri Avinash Dikshit ( I.D.A.S.) Commissioner K.V.S. congratulated the Students, teachers, and all the officials. He appealed the

teachers to follow CCE (Continuous comprehensive evaluation) to impart the New Education policies for reaching the goal.

Shri P.Madan E.O. Bhopal Region and Mrs. Veneeta Narula Principal proposed vote of thanks.

Mr.R.S.Singh,Mr Sawarkar,and  Ms.Suchitra Mate compelled the programme.

  REPORT ON PROGRAM ORGANISED ON DRUG DAY 

 A program was organized at K.V.Ajni to make the children aware about the negative effects of Drug Abuse and illicit trafficking on the international day against Drug abuse and illicit trafficking.


The children of the primary section demonstrated a skit ‘ Bad Company’ where as the children with their one act play named ‘Paschatap’ {repentance
} tried to convey the message of bad effects of Drug addiction and illicit trafficking. Bhavana Pawan of class 8th deliver her speech related to the topic. Mr. Dinesh Chhapane addressed the assembly and he has given the current example of the death of the popular pop singer of the world, who lost his life due to Drug Addiction. Mrs. Vineeta Narula, principal of the school congratulated the N.A.E.P department of the school and the children who participated on the occasion.


Report on Social Science Exhibition

The Social Science Exhibition 2009 at school level was arranged on 10.08.09 in the school auditorium. The Exhibition was inaugurated by Honourable Education Officer Mr R.M .Shinde KVS, RO, Bhopal. Later at the cluster level exhibition a group of 36 students in various competitions took part at KV Kamptee. Ku Anubha of class IX was selected in English Debate competition to take part at regional level social Science Exhibition as she stood first at cluster level debate. Six exhibits of the Vidyalaya were selected for Regional Level Social Science Exhibition.
